Hi! This is Esther Sue and I’m calling from David’s Bridal. I’m calling to congratulate you on your upcoming wedding “next September.”
Congratulations!
(And she says thanks.)
The reason why I’m calling is - David’s Bridal and Mary Kay Corporate have joined forces together to pamper all the brides that registered in “July” with a two part complementary pampering package. What this entails is, the first package is a pampering session for at least 5 of your friends or bridal party or unlimited number of women. You and your friends will receive a pampering session with the #1 skin care and a gorgeous quick makeover. The makeover is so pretty and easy that women that don’t even wear makeup love it. I’m sure you’re getting so much fuss over that diamond ring and we want to make sure you look beautiful.
Once you take advantage of the 1st package, you, the bride, are eligible for the second half of the package, or part 2, which is a one-on-one color session for your wedding day.
And that comes with before and after pictures; we will schedule your trial makeover after the first package is underway.
The Way I Close:
So… with that information, let me ask you one question. (What?) Is your bridal party local or are they out of state? (And depending on the answer to that question I just go right into booking her)
So, if they’re local, say, “ great – what night do you think is best for you, a week night or a weekend? Then book her right away. I also set a date with a few days to get the guest list & I send out invitations for the bride. If they want to get in touch with every body and get back to me…
What I say if their bridal party is all over the place and they want to get in touch with them. I say, You know what, in working with David’s Bridal we have found that once the brides try to get in touch with everybody and find out what day is good for them, then they call me back within a week and say, you know what, this is too frustrating, I just can’t handle it, it’s not even worth my time and they cancel.
We love to work with brides right upon their engagement, and give them the freedom to work with what’s good for them. So, as a bride, begin making decisions right away that are good for you and everybody will follow suit. If someone can’t come to your pampering session I will arrange to pamper them separately or include them in a different event, but lets just work with what works best for you.
(The brides LOVE that!)
Congratulations!
